a soothing flow

This is a really nice flow to help you to clear out stress in under 15 minutes. It’s for when you want to move and shift any stagnant energy/emotion. It’s also a great general flow to start the morning in a calm way. Remember that as you do these yoga sequences, you can revisit these anytime you like.

You’ll need a yoga block (you can use a thick book or anything like a yoga block!)
