This exercise is much like a bucket list. This is an opportunity to get all of your dreams and heartfelt desires onto paper.

Write down all of the things that you have always wanted to do.By making the commitment to start ticking them off, you are essentially giving yourself permission to live a life that is overflowing with joy, fun and fulfillment.

Download and print it off so you can draw and express by putting pen to paper. 

I encourage you do write a goal date next to each experience (and hold yourself to it).
