a guided meditation for calm

Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is an incredibly powerful way to bring a deep sense of calm into your being. It’s perfect for whenever you feel seriously run down/stressed/tired/depleted and you only have a short window of time to reset.

You might like to do this just before bed (it will most likely send you off to sleep) or you can lay down and listen to it when you only have a window of 30 minutes or so, but want to feel like you’ve rested for a few hours.

Please find a comfortable place to lay down and make sure you won’t be disturbed during this practice.
